Your mission
This position is within the Service Center Department, in charge of keeping in operational condition the products developed by Goal Systems for our clients. The Service Center provides analysis and incident resolution services, advice, training and customer support, and continuous improvement of our expert optimization systems.
The Service Center is also responsible for adapting our products to the new requirements of our customers and for very ambitious evolution plans.
- Direct communication with our clients in the maintenance phase.
- Internal communication with our Development, Consulting and Commercial departments.
- Compilation, analysis, and monitoring of customer’s needs.
- Drafting of functional and technical specifications.
- Setup and modelling of our software.
- Unit testing of the software and analysis of the quality of the solutions.
- Management of necessary documentation for the client.
- Trips for the training and maintenance of our software.
Your profile
- Studies: Higher Engineering or bachelor’s degree in any scientific branch with special expertise in computer science.
- Social, communication, and good interpersonal skills with the client.
- Analytical Thinking.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge will be an asset.
- Database knowledge at the query level will be an asset.
- Proficiency (C1 / C2) English level.
- Proficiency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Italian would be an asset.
- Proficiency in Spanish is not required for this job offer
