Your mission
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Product Owner who wants to further advance his/her skills and career in a great working environment.
What you will do
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams
- Collaborate closely with UX department to ensure the user experience is top-notch.
- Plan and prioritize thoroughly our product feature backlog.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and initiatives to ensure development work aligns with product strategy
- Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to your product
- Work closely with Engineering, ensuring the voice of the user and business are represented
- Show and tell your deliverables internal and externally after every sprint.
Your profile
Who you are
- 2+ years experience working as a Product Owner
- In-depth knowledge of agile processes, principles and methodologies.
- Understanding of business value around feature/functions
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT is a plus
