At Goal Systems SL, our policy is aimed at ensuring the effective fulfillment of our mission: design and development of software solutions, associated implementation and consulting, evolution of tools and maintenance of deployed software. The Management assumes leadership in terms of Quality and Information Security, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, motivating the active participation of the entire team and promoting preventive measures to strengthen the organization. We are aware of the importance of satisfying our clients and ensure the Confidentiality, Availability, Integrity and Traceability of the information we manage. For this reason, the Management has decided to implement an Integrated Management System (SGI) for Quality and Information Security, based on the guidelines of the standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022.

To comply with these principles, we are committed to:

• Adapt to a changing and competitive environment, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and the involvement of the entire team. We ensure that the information used in our operations is protected under strict security controls.
• Principle of purpose limitation: personal data collected will be for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize our processes, ensuring the quality of our services and minimizing risks. We strive to prevent non-compliance and improve the profitability and competitiveness of our organization.
• Comply with all technical, regulatory and regulatory requirements, both internal and external, applicable to our products and services.
• Establish measurable objectives that allow us to constantly improve our Integrated Management System (SGI), ensuring its effectiveness in terms of information quality and security.
