Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations applicable to Goal Systems. Refusal to provide Personal Data for these purposes will result in the impossibility of providing the requested services. 

Goal Systems will also use your Personal Data to comply with any applicable and enforceable legal obligations, to meet the requirements of any agency, court or public administration.  

Goal Systems may use your Personal Data for the purpose of making commercial communications, offers and discounts, by any electronic means, SMS, e-mail, telephone or postal mail, related to our services, based on your consent, if you are a potential client or have ceased to be a client of Goal Systems; or based on the legitimate interest of Goal Systems while you maintain the commercial relationship and, subsequently, only to analyse the services provided by means of telephone surveys. If a potential customer becomes a customer of the entity, we may make these marketing communications during your relationship with Goal Systems, based on our legitimate interest. 

Likewise, if you so consent, based on your consent, Goal Systems may send commercial communications, offers and discounts, by any electronic means, SMS, e-mail, telephone or post, for the promotion of software products and services of other companies of the Group and collaborating entities belonging to the aforementioned sectors, as long as you do not withdraw your consent.  

Under the applicable regulations, Goal Systems will also consult the Robinson Lists.  

Legal basis: the execution of pre-contractual (potential customers) or contractual (customers) measures and your consent given when directing enquiries to Goal Systems.  

Goal Systems may process your Personal Data in order to deal with the queries you send us when you contact us through any of the customer service channels available to the user, in relation to the products or services offered or contracted with Goal Systems.  

Legal basis: Legitimate interest in analysing the use of the Website, in order to improve the services provided to Users and to offer them greater security. 

Goal Systems may also process your Personal Data in order to carry out analyses, studies, statistics, surveys, usage metrics, study market trends, and use the data for fraud prevention, either on its own or through third parties. As far as possible, the information used for this purpose will be aggregated information at a statistical level, without identification of the User. 

Legal basis: consent and enforcement of pre-contractual measures. 

Goal Systems may process your Personal Data in order to manage the recruitment process of new employees and your application for vacancies published on the Website.  

Goal Systems does not carry out any enrichment of its databases with information from third party databases, nor will it make automated decisions based solely on the automated processing of your Personal Data, without human intervention and producing legal effects or significantly affecting you, which may fall within the cases provided for in Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. Nor do they carry out complex or automated profiling. Any automated decisions or complex profiling shall be subject to the explicit, express and separate consent of the User.  


Goal Systems will not store your Personal Data for a longer period of time than is necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes. Subsequently, once the purposes have been fulfilled or the right of suppression or opposition has been exercised, Goal Systems will keep the personal data duly blocked, insofar as liabilities may arise for Goal Systems or in any other way is legally required.

Likewise, Goal Systems periodically monitors its systems to detect possible vulnerabilities and attacks.  

However, Users are aware that security on the Internet is not impregnable and that there is no guarantee that Personal Data cannot be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed if any of the security measures in place are breached.  


In accordance with the applicable legislation, you may request the exercise of your rights of access to Personal Data, rectification or erasure, limitation of their processing, opposition to their processing, as well as the right to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw the consent given, under the terms provided in the applicable regulations. Goal Systems reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy as a consequence of new processing of Personal Data, or the modification of existing data, as well as in accordance with new legislative or regulatory requirements, for security reasons or with the aim of adapting this policy to the instructions of the data protection control authorities or to new processes.  

Whenever significant changes are made to this Privacy Policy, Goal Systems will duly inform Users through the Website in order to offer all Users the possibility of reviewing the changes and, if necessary, accepting them before they become effective.
